BIOTIQUE Bio Almond Eye Cream – Review

BIOTIQUE Bio Almond Soothing & Nourishing Eye Cream is one of the few eye creams that I have tried personally. Before going into the full-fledged review here is a quick brief about BIOTIQUE – This is a hair, skin, and body care products company found by Vinita Jain. What keeps this brand apart, is that this is totally an ayurvedic brand unlike the rest of the leading counterparts. The Biotique products have therapeutic properties and are not cosmetics.

I am a big fan of Biotique and I use many of their products, one of them that I tried recently is this Bio Almond Soothing & Nourishing Eye Cream. This eye cream is made primarily using Almond which is rich in Vitamin E and this product helps in brightening the eye contours and also in removing wrinkles, puffiness, and dark circles.

What’s Wow?

The positives that I noticed with this product are;

1. Very little quantity is enough – almost less than 10 mg per time. This 16g box comes for almost 2-3 months (used twice daily).
2. It is not itchy, or allergic towards sensitive parts like eyelashes and under eyes.
3. The smell is not pungent like other chemical based under eye creams.
4. Visible results from 1 week of usage.
5. Reduces puffiness from the first usage itself.

What’s Oops?

The negatives that I felt about this product are;

1. Too greasy, can’t sport this and go out.
2. If sported this while going out, it causes tan on that particular area – so not eligible for morning usage, when we have to go out.

Rating: 3.5/5

Will I recommend this? Sure, as an effective night cream for your eyes.

Am I using this? Yes, at nights alone.
